Standard Ground Shipping
We are pleased to offer our customers free ground shipping on nearly all
orders over $99.00. This free shipping offer is applicable to orders
shipping to the following provinces: British Columbia, Alberta,
Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland, and
Prince Edward Island. Orders shipping to: Nunavut, Northwest Territories, or
the Yukon may be subject to additional charges. Special orders, oversized
and heavy items can only be shipped via freight (UPS, LTL) resulting in a

Shipping Method
Orders shipping from the manufacturer may be routed to our distribution
center for inspection before arriving at their final destination. Orders
over $99 that qualify for free shipping will be shipped Standard Ground
Service.
Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Box addresses.
Shipping Lead Times
When your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email within 48
hours with an order acknowledgement. Within 3 business days a second email
will follow, that includes an estimated ship date based on stock
availability, along with any other information. Please note that shipping
dates are subject to change. Once your product has shipped you will receive
a 3rd
email with your order status and tracking number if available.

Damaged or Defective
We ask that upon receipt of your shipment, complete a thorough check for
any damages be completed. Should you find any issues with the condition or
quality of your order, please contact us at 403-243-4294 or by email at [email protected]
within 48 hours. For missing or damaged parts, we will ship replacement
parts to you at no cost. Photos are required to process most damage
claims.
For larger items that are shipped via freight carrier, you must inspect the
items on site, and mark any noticeable defects on the bill of lading. Please contact us at 403-243-4294 or [email protected]
right away so that a claim can be filed with the carrier and a replacement
can be immediately expedited.
Damaged or defects reported after 30 days will be subject to
review.
REFUND POLICY
Returns
To initiate a return, please contact us by emailing [email protected]
to receive a Returned Material Authorization. We will not process a return
without this authorization. Our return policy extends 30 days. If 30 days
have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer
a refund. Returned products must be in the original packaging with no wires
cut. Fans and outdoor fixtures cannot be returned once installed. Special
Order, Custom Built fixtures, Bulbs, Crystal, Discontinued, and Clearance
items are FINAL SALE.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email
that we have received your shipment. We will also notify you of the approval
or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed
within 7 days and a credit will automatically be applied to your original
method of payment. There are situations in which only partial refunds may be
granted. Any item that arrives not in the original condition or packaging,
that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to Signature
Lighting’s or the manufacturer error.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges on items deemed damaged or defective. If you need to
exchange a product for the same item, please send us an email at [email protected] and instructions will be provided.
Return Shipping
The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs associated
with returning their order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you
receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the total
refund. Depending on your location, the time it may take for an exchanged
product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item back to us valued
over $99, we suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing
shipping insurance.
As we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item from the
carrier.
